Mick Cronin

Co-founder & Executive Manager

Driven by a passion for youth justice and social enterprise, Mick Cronin is a fierce advocate for social change through meaningful career pathways. He has spent the last 16 years at the forefront of criminal youth justice innovation and social enterprise designing and implementing innovative programs supporting young people in the justice system, helping reduce recidivism through employment and community engagement. In 2020, he earned the prestigious Westpac Social Change Fellowship for his leadership in creating impactful social enterprise initiatives.

He is the Co-Founder and executive manager of employ4good a specialised recruitment social enterprise that supports and places people experiencing marginalisation into meaningful and supportive employment. Mick produces and hosts the What’s your Cause? podcast, speaking to inspiring leaders from around the globe about causes they are passionate about.

David Hudson

Co-founder & Director

With over 20 years of experience in construction and logistics staffing, David Hudson is dedicated to creating innovative workforce solutions that empower businesses and individuals alike. Throughout his career in Ireland and Australia, David has demonstrated expertise in managing and supplying high-volume temporary and permanent staff for leading construction, distribution, and warehousing companies.

David’s hands-on approach includes implementing robust HR, health and safety, and productivity procedures, ensuring seamless operations and consistently exceeding client expectations. His uncompromising commitment to delivery and attention to detail ensures that client needs are met every time.

As Co-Founder and Director of employ4good, David brings his wealth of industry knowledge to support businesses in adopting socially responsible hiring practices.
